There are a fair amount of restrictions on both carrying in and owning a weapon that would be constitutional under my interpretation of the second amendment. I think some amount of objective criteria, like a mental background check and sinos, maybe a criminal background check, ar those were probably definitely constitutional. And then other, maybe things about gun safetyor, i the law of self defense t provided that they're not the kind of, you know, hypothetical, onerous things. We don't really have a mature conversation about guns in this country because it's mostly part an signalling,. Because a lot of the regulations that are really pushed by the gun control crowd are either silly or blatenly unconstitutional.
