Open banking has really altered the dynamics between these incumbents in the traditional banks, and the start ups like the fin tax. Data portability gets a lot of attention in data law and policy circles, but maybe isn't quite as well understood within the broader business community. In an econ where the consumer does not have that right to day to portability, do those types of data sylos inherently advantage the incumbents? Or is that a potential opportunity for upstarts to come in and offer a better experience?
