How to Analyze a New Data Set

The first thing to learn is navigating this social space of the way scientists work together between the analysts and the people doing the measurements. Then later on, there is that, you know, for GWAS, believe you me, my team know what to do now. So these kind of diagnostic plots, and I've enjoyed learning the skills safe for epidemiology. It really does vary. There's always a significant number in the known and the not known. If you've done things right, once you're used to a particular way of doing things, you can usually arm yourself against the artifacts. And so hopefully you can clean them out.
