Is There a Clean Exercise When It Comes to Outsourcing?
I feel like one of the things that was really unfortunate about those years is that a bunch of stuff gets smushed together that shouldn't really be. When selling off a business and trying to get rid of a bunch of low performers and outsourcing a bunch of things and doing straight up, no shit, we have to like refactor how this work is to save money all becomes one exercise. Like it could be a clean exercise and instead it's really messy. Yeah. I think it's harder for the people involved because look, there were lots of people in those conversations on the other side of the table who were like, yo, I can read the tea leaves here.
