How Do You Know When You Did Something Wrong?

The idea of speaking up may be something that is, you know, comforting in a training in prespective, but i don't think it works in the real life. So how did i know what to actually speak up about when i hadn't really tried the situation before? And then you go into this underlying perspective and this assumption that exists that you did something wrong. The hardest part for me was actually my peers who sort of avoided me afterwards because they all have this aspective perspective about somebody has to have done something wrong.
