I've written another report called Housemate which is essentially my conjoined word policy proposal, JobKeeper, JobSeeker, Housemate. It's my proposal for Australia to copy Singapore's system. And I sort of run the numbers on it and say, look, it's not going to cost that much because we already have 66% of people's homeowners. We're at 33% renters. Only a small fraction of renters will buy in to the public option each year. Many will still pick the private option.
