The Contrast Between the American Constitution and the British Constitution

The purpose of the american constitution is to constrain power. And we could do so by a majority voted in both houses, rather than by any more cumbersome or complex a mechanism. The contrast with those two, as it were, notions of constitution is one that i think its th just fulgrounding as we start to think about how these instruments are intended to work.
