Crossfit Training - What's the Best Return on Investment?
I think where it starts usually is you're not necessarily trying to change the habit initially first. You need to figure out where the baseline is like what where are you at right now with your sleep where's your new test? I found that there's one that sticks out you know aggregate all the athletes use coach that a common low-hanging fruit in the crossfit world. If you can improve your sleep duration and quality that's probably the best thing that you can probably do.
