What's the Biggest Omission in an Organization?

i just want to say, if you are a betting man, it isn't like caesar's sports book. And i just have the greatest affection for the jones family. So an organizations that size, what omission should you beo letting em know they might be or the one i notice the most that i think is the biggest?
