I like learning stuff these days from podcasts. Because then it's sort of a different form of learning than I have to do, you know, for work. The other day, this is just how ridiculous I am that I was working at night. It was about 10 o'clock at night and the R&R babies were both sleeping. And I ended up buying an online course about rhythm. Yeah, my whole body boom, boom. I'll learn anything. What kind of rhythm I know you need to tell me more.
