The confirmation bias, only seeking confirming evidence for what you already believe. The hindsight bias after something happens, it seems obvious why it happened and we should have known it happened like the August 9th, 2001 memo from Conda Lisa Rice, Al-Qaeda to strike US on US soil. And smart people are really good at that.
