We're not speaking of by passing allof the deeper feelings, of feelings of grief. These are choices that allow those feelings to be the case as well. And going back to this negative pilter that our human brain puts over everything, in that space of pause is where we can begin to choose a new Pilter. We have to spend time taking care of our body so that we can actually show up for all this mental and re-framing work that we're doing.
