A lot of people talk about hiring for values, but i don't think they're particularly good at translating that into an interview process. I'm curious if you can kind of bring it to life with some of the values. Or maybe if you close your eyes and think of an interview and somebody said something that gave you a lot of con on that they would exemplify or be values alligned. That creative curiosity is what's going to make them successful.
