How to Find a Custom Connection With People
I love the ability to find that custom connection proactively reach out because you make like the slightest connection with people just just one person is senior name before or they've seen a TikTok. Just something tiny is enough for them to say hey hiring manager we should look at this person. I think if you're equal or even a little bit under somebody else's in the resume but you actually like the job and care about it, that's gonna give you a big advantage.
