Decide that you're going to be healthy and fit and then go about doing whatever you need to do to become healthier and more fit. I've always been about self-health management, you know, self-care. How do I take care of myself? I don't know, somewhere along the way we lost track. Humans were able to do that for a long, long time. And now, like we have to read the newspaper to find out,. you know, about nutrition research. Yeah.
