The company was grown as a cable service provider, one of the very first in canada. What i do is lead the technical services and customers service for our business customers. There's another division inside rogers that supports small, mid size enterprise and government customers. And this is the more full range of what we would call na tele communication services. If something isn't working right with that roger service, it's up to my team to work with you to make sure that it’s resolved so that you can get back to managing your own enterprise.
