One Coin, Is This Really a Ponzi Scheme?
Mark Scott was found guilty of conspiracy to commit money laundering and bank fraud. However, he was released because of health concerns and the COVID pandemic. He is still free from prison for those same health concerns, but is scheduled for sentencing in December 2020. One coin definitely is not your average MLM, and even though the scheme is technically still operational right now, the website shut down and the investigation is ongoing.
