The Importance of Relaxation in Russian Schools

In most traditional Russian schools, teachers should either stand or sit. I don't like this because it's difficult for people to focus on something when you are not relaxed. But the thing is that I really like the way they feel relaxed, like normal people. It was a young man, but it was not considered something rude or he didn't behave rude.
