The Difference Between True and False Consciousness

critical theory is so called to expose the fact that people have false consciousness and that they enjoy their lives. Marqurza says you can only get to the different to true consciousness where he believes the actual thought can occur if you live in need of changing their way of life denying the positive of refusing. The consumerist society alienate typical people from their lives and create this big divorces, which critical theorists hold and project on everybody else who mostly don't have it. It's a crisis of authenticity reaching back over a hundred years but we're stuck with this because its hipster centric.
