The Competency of Being a Leader

A leader must be able to articulate a vision which is simple, unique, ideal image of the future. Leaders must explain the why behind the vision and tell their followers what they believe in. Most leaders spend between 70 and 90% of their time communicating. A leader must learn and apply problem solving skills and decision making processes. One of the most important roles of a leader is to develop other leaders.
