I think any approach at scale has to have multiple elements. For us, the first part is just defaulting open as much as we can. And it's hard to do when you can't talk to each of the tens of thousands of active moderators. So one of the programms that i'm really proud of is a community council. This is currently around 50 moderators representing sub redits across the m from sports to identity to gaming - and even local german subredets. We aim share basically everything with them, everything we possibly can,. as early as possible, and get their feedback. But absolutely. Iwas just talking about humanizing us.
