Having a Good Relationship With a Sfailed Team
If you can try toa really tight feedback loop and a really tight relationship with that saile team, it actually becomes an extension of your protuct market set research. Ah, is this thing something that you will actually pay for and sign on a dotted line. And i also think, again, comes the requirement is just to have a rally tipese back aloop with them. So i tend to lean towards being more open with a sfailed team and really hoping and allowing them to go and own what they do.
