Dan Lyons: I think if you compare it to medical profession or the legal profession, or actually you're just getting into the prime of your career and so on those ages. So yeah, in most fields, I think it's ridiculous to think that people over 40 can't do it. It's just cheap labor part of it is you can hire young people and work them really hard and they don't have any life outside of this place."
