Housing starts and housing completions. The internals are terrible, right? We don't have a functioning fluid system. And we're not even going to reach the low level of 20 19 inventory in a year that's had big sales declines. If people just love their homes well, and then they're done, unfortunately, now we have to talk about the mortgage rate.
