The Different Class of Medication for Pulmonary Hypertension

It is considered standard of care now for individuals who have pulmonary arterial hypertension to often consider combination therapy. Sometimes you'll see emberscentin and tautalotyl, for example, combined as initial therapy for these individuals who present in their index admission having taken medications before. I do believe it's considered a class one indication to start multiple of these medications in the same time based on at least one trial that they did in the pulmonary world ambition to look at if people did better based on combination therapy initiation. And so in different levels of class- recommendation, we tend to start or recommend starting multiple agents as the patient can human inevitably tolerate them.
