Trying to shift and craft the job. Amy Resinescu who's a professor at Yale talks a lot about job crafting, how you can sort of craft your job even within the limited set of of what your job responsibilities are. How even then you cansort of craft it to be much more in line with what you'd like like it to be so that's sort of from the manager sort of point of view but from the employee or individual point of view part of it is that we often step into roles that are not right.
Laura Huang is a professor at Harvard Business School. She joins us on the show to to dissect the topic of adversity and how we can find a way forward when it comes into the picture.
