Delegating Voting Power to Someone Else

We saw a part where you basically have community members that want to decide on different kinds of decisions and both or delegate their vote to someone else who could actually do that for them. So we introduced here governance so normally you have the same voting requirements on all the proposals. And we actually wanted to create the governance system in a way where there's level one, which means that any proposal that actually affects the protocol itself will be voted on at lower quorum levels. We then followed right away with the governance model and progressively decentralized to the community. But if there's some innovation on that token level or a token standard, you can easily upgrade in the future. Then you have that wide quorum
