The Communist Manifesto was written by Karl Marx in the early 1800s. In it, he argues that capitalism's relentless search for profits means like lowering prices of commodities. He says they see communism as only possible to emerge out of developed capitalism. But there is a certain kind of bleak rigour about their analysis and also an analytical thing which they are saying: "This is what capitalism is going to do"
