Lesson Number Two, Your Customers Love You More Than You Think
Most of the feedback that we actually hear, that get to us is from unhappy customers. We sometimes forget how much our customers love us and how good of a job you're doing, until you ask them. So this year, in 20 21, we did a survey with our customers. And it was kind of like a bucket of cold water was splashed right in our faces. It's a no brainer for me. I can't wait to see whar you come up with this product.
