Is There a Difference Between the Child Tax Credit and U B I?

Many people worry that what we've witnessed here is kind of a failed example of u b i. I'm interested to know what are the differences that would make the difference here, because i think we have something like ten million unfilled jobs at this point. The problem really isn't, again, it's being tied to not working. If they were getting my plan of a thousand bucks a month, and by the way, they could keep it on top of whatever they earned if they decided to take a job, part time, full time, whatever. Then here's money, but you only get it if you don't work.
