Lift people with two straps round them, rather than one,. instead of having one just round the arms that holds that hangs them up in the air vertically. Where the blood can pool away from the heart. You put a second stropper round the legs, lift them horizontal, horizontally, and it's much better for the maintenance of their blood pressure.
