Meditation is not really designed for you to fall asleep, as then that becomes kind of a different thing. So it's more of an active thing. It shouldn't be too passive, i think. Does it involve some work? Can it be hard work? Ye. You know, one thing you could do is do a more dynamic meditation in the morning to set you up for the day, and then a more relaxed one in the evening. But definitely you can use it as a kind of a cheat, almost, not really a cheat, but as a technique for going to sleep.
