Is There a Counter Culture Movement?

I feel like a this sort of ground up, you know, building of things that are popular is causing more difference in media. There actually needs to be a culture or main stream for it to be considered radical or counter culture. When i was a kid, i would print off pictures of these musicians and show em to my parents and scare them with ‘this freak’ You know, freaky people. But i feel like i'm almost seeing that come back,  with steff on tick talker,. Where people are doing, yeo, crazy hair color and make-up designs on on their faces and stuff.
