I'm not trying to rebrand the diet culture with intermittent fasting. That's really not the goal here. So something that I say for years, but I say in the book is you have to get healthy to lose weight instead of trying to lose weight to get healthy. You just took the kindling off the fire and you are fatigued and hangry because you've never actually shift the way your body is using fat for fuel. And there's a time and place for that clean kindling that I talked about with, with clean carb cycling, etc. But you have to put a log on the fire,You have to get fat adapted to get some sustainable energy.
