How Do You Overcome Challenges in Life?
When you start breaking things into all the different reasons why something is one way, mentally, it becomes harder to he make that change. How do you get that next step? What i do is look at all the individual parts and see which is the arrow that would be the best one to try and break. And then you can try it, and if it doesn't work that well, at least you might have weakened it a bit. Then you can try weakening another one, and then eventually there'll be enough that has become weaker that the end result doesn't happen quite so strongly.
