Is There a Family History of Pulminary Arterial Hypertension?
There's a cool physiologic correlation there. We see the exact same thing happen in a massive pulmonary ambolism that causes right ventricular strain. So we're worried about hivasce resistance. First degree relative family history is what's important. And if you elicit that, then we refer to genetic counselling and genetic testing. It is by no means exhaustive for these patients. But weare also going to be going through them in terms of the w h o groups.
