Apple's new augmented reality headset is about dropping a digital layer over the physical world around you. Apple have been building a network of localized AI supercomputers every Mac book pro these days has an M2 chip in it, capable on its own on device of running a pretty sophisticated large language model. Any machine with enough compute power inside it can do this and that makes embedding AI into machines even more exponential.
