Krane: This controversy is a bit of a hot mess. It began in june when the main pipe line that delivers russian gas to germany. The russians reduce the flow. So they turned down the spigot. And instead of running at a hundred %, it was turn down to forty percent capacity. That set off a chain reaction because at that point, russia blamed canada for this.
