Leadership does not have to be lonely. Be aware of who you're meeting with because you can quickly get yourself into an echo chamber. The other thing I think is worth mentioning that it comes up again and again is this idea of balance or Jimmy Costas calls it life fit. And so one person told me just bluntly just goes, you know, if you die tomorrow, you will be replaced in your school. So how are you going to make sure that you are you are there for your your kids?
