The Pet Peeves of Jujitsu Training
Lift and sprints are the only two things that we do for jujitsu strength and cardio because our lift is so intense. A lot of it actually, a lot of the sprinting idea more of it has to do with flexibility than anything. I hate not being able to cut out the coffee sips.
