The Rise of Private Equity Firms

There's a concern that this is going to create an asset bubble, you know, maybe not the same size as the housing crisis. To your point, I think private equity firms really are becoming the new financial beaments. They've replaced the Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan's of the world, but they're dramatically less regulated. And so, you have a situation where a lot of money is flowing to these institutions, but not a lot of transparency.
