The Intercuneiform Ligament

This gap between this ligament should be less than two millimeters when you're suspecting a fracture in that area. If there's less than 2 millimeters, however, and there's stability noted and the patient can ambulate, usually do a long leg cast for six weeks or close ortho follow up.
