Getting Your Arms Around Your Business Better Than Ever
There's things you can do from a business perspective that may not be revenue projection or earnings projection. That are still valuable from like a goals. One of my big 2023 projects is to try to get my arms around the cost of user acquisition for an asset management firm at scale. And I think I can figure it out. But if I don't sort of set that goal and understand why it's important for me, I might not carve out the time to do it. So those are the sort of goals that I sort of think about at this time of year projects that are really important for me to getting my arms around my business better.
