i told you unemployment rates at five point two %, in going down and expected to continue to go down. housing prices up 20 % over the last year, the highest rate of increase we've ever seen in a one year. The fet is talking about finally starting taper, perhaps by the end of this year, and moving up their interest rate hights. And most importantly, and this is what we talked about last time, the fed will only end it when they're forced to end it.
