Is God Too Weak to Overcome That Deadness?

Calvin says god is not too weak to overcome that deadness, but only for those elect. In its simplest definition, free will simply refers to the human being's ability to choose what they ant. Free will is the faculty of choosing by which we make decisions according to what seems good to us. Augustine made this distinction: after the fall, man still has a free will. But what heas lost in the fall is his spiritual liberty, because his will is now enslaved by sin.
