"I think in many ways the Cosmoel 2016 stuff changed my lives even more and that was weirdly bigger in the public eye," he says. "It did massively you get more recognized like you say a lot more pressures on you from sponsors and you're a lot busier but I actually took two days of getting over it" He adds: "As an athlete you don't want any restrictions do and you don’t want any well there's it's at least about worries as possible"
