Prudhago Housing Projects

I think that there's some other maybe detailed stand, too, that if you see the pictures of Prudhago, they do look like Soviet block apartments for a purpose. That's the modernist style. And to have them all in one area is very strange as a sociological thing. Yeah, I'm not sure if there's ever a singular person planning any of this out, but it does seem to be a confluence of several trends.
