Small business owners need to rejuvenate what has been a pretty stale marketing effort in their business. You're going to have to put some failures out with maybe a generic email, something very valuable. And then gradually over time, include more and more people from your list in that segment. Go through and tag everyone in increasingly large segment sizes, segment A, segment C, and then gradually put them into that pool.
