i think wed need to really engage with the idea that people are choosing to do this work for whatever reason. They could go workin a kitchen if they wanted, as you said before, you know, they don't want an ass hor boss. Are values based make jobs attractive? And not just beyond paying higher wages, but giving workers freedom to have some form of decision in the job they're doing. No one wants to to comes work for the man any more, ecause we know there's better option other. You know, industries like hospitality are inherently insecure. So i think we've got to make all forms of work, i guess, more secure.
