The Importance of Justice

I mean, inequality is taken as a given. That's weird though, because at the same time, this particularity or like viewing everything as its own case by case basis, I don't know, there seems like to be, there's a contradiction there, but maybe I'm just not thinking deluzz enough. If justice is impartial, then it is eliminating just like science eliminates the subjective. So that's a contradiction. And the institution of law, because how can an institution of law be impartial when every single case is particular? But if law is essentially limiting, whereas institutions are swerving and using the partiality's amplitude to form collectivities.
